No problem. We can work in the traditional way using your 2D drawings. If the project allows, we also offer the option of modeling the necessary elements in BIM to achieve greater accuracy. 

No. You simply provide us with the information you have (PDF drawings, CAD files, or a BIM model). We adapt the methodology accordingly. However, please note that creating the model has an additional cost if you require it at the end of the estimate for project management purposes. 

The cost can be slightly higher at the beginning because it requires working with a model, but this is offset by the savings from detecting errors and avoiding costly changes during construction. 

Yes. In many cases, we use a hybrid approach: BIM for the main items and traditional methods for details that are not modeled. This way, we ensure a balance between accuracy and efficiency.

Of course, it also depends on size and trades, and might take 3-5 business days while still keeping a great part of the accuracy that represents BIM takeoffs.

 the prices come from a vast variety of sources depending on the state or country, if the client has a specific request for the providers or subcontractors we’ll communicate with them to get the most current prices, if that’s not the case we’ll contact standard providers on the estate or feed the bid with our internal price list powered by A.I.
